I’ll be giving a practical workshop on how I choose to go about planning, researching and writing my books at the Derbyshire Literature Festival on the morning of June 5. This is aimed at people who want to write books and probably have a little experience of trying to do so.
I’ll be showing work in progress, manuscripts as they’re written, research habits and answering questions. I’m trying to avoid the dread word workflow here but it probably ought to go in too. Tickets are £4/£3 and places are limited. The workshop will take place from 10.30 to noon at Bolsover Library, Church Street, Bolsover, Chesterfield S44 6HB. Bookings through the festival office on the link above.
